Every city dollar should be treated as a public trust. Chris will ask hard questions, demand clear priorities, and look for responsible ways to deliver excellent services while easing pressure on existing taxpayers and utility customers.
Residents deserve dependable streets, drainage, utilities, public safety, and core services. Bryan must maintain what it already has, address long-standing neighborhood needs, and ensure new development pays its fair share of the infrastructure it requires.
Local businesses create jobs, invest in our community, and give Bryan its character. City Hall should be responsive, predictable, and easy to work with—helping entrepreneurs succeed while preserving fair standards for everyone.
Major investments such as SpaceX’s TeraFab and continued development at Texas A&M–RELLIS can create transformational opportunities. Bryan needs a deliberate strategy to capture new jobs, business activity, and tax revenue while preparing for the infrastructure and workforce demands those investments bring.
Chris will listen to residents, study the facts, learn from best practices across Texas, and make decisions independently. He will not arrive at City Hall with predetermined answers—only a commitment to ask hard questions and do what is best for Bryan.
Single Member District 1 includes Downtown Bryan and established neighborhoods such as North Oakwood. It sits at the intersection of redevelopment, transportation, infrastructure, local business, and neighborhood preservation. Chris’s experience leading the Northgate District Association through major growth gives him a practical understanding of how to bring residents, businesses, the city, Texas A&M, and TxDOT together to solve difficult problems.
